SalamanderLive v69.3.0 Release

SalamanderLive v69.3.0 release completes the v2 to v3 conversion. This release includes: enhancements to the People Import and a new Import CSV report for all People fields, added File Storage to Collections, added Visitor Management Wizard and Check In Wizard, added event Roster search capability, Medical Reference Management, Permit Management and Wizard (for independent subscription), and interface alignments were completed to ensure consistent look and feel across the solution. This release also reworks Self Registration, Security Users link to People profile, and Security Users Profile email verification rework. Lastly, Equipment Contacts and People Emergency Contacts were updated in SalamanderLive v2 to align with the v3 restructure.
