HOW DO YOU TRACK RESOURCES?
Resources can be tracked using the TRACK APP (with an iOS or Android mobile device). Scan, move, or add resources into assignments during an event to ensure that each resource is accounted for.
DO YOU TRACK RESOURCE LOCATION?
Yes! Within an event, the Map tile will display the location of the TRACK APP including the logged in user’s name, phone number, organization, latitude, longitude, and more. Every time the device moves more that 50 meters, SalamanderLive will update its location on the map. Resources can also be tracked in Esri with an ArcGIS integration.
WHO / WHAT CAN I TRACK?
We can track anything that is tagged. The most common resources we track include responders, equipment, collections, evacuees / patients, and civilians. During an event, easily download or scan credentials from the TRACK APP to add to an assignment within an event.
HOW DO YOU VERIFY TRACKED RESOURCES?
With Identity Verification turned on in the TRACK APP, any scanned SalamanderLive credential can be verified, including people belonging to other SalamanderLive accounts. Have peace of mind knowing exactly who is on-scene and what they are qualified to do.
