Take your TAG security to the next level with SALAMANDER IDENTIFICATION VERIFICATION also known as SIV. Every TRACK APP scan does a real-time verification with SalamanderLive to ensure that people entering the scene are active, vetted, and qualified.

   ROSTERING

Use Rostering to see anyone that has been affiliated to an event. Whether they are currently in an assignment or have been moved to off-scene, resources will be displayed providing a snapshot of everyone who has been involved. Use this information to quickly identify where a resource is currently assigned as well when they last checked into that assignment. Scan through the list to see each resource’s ID, Name, Title, Organization, Current Assignment, and Last Checked in time / date.


   COLLECTIONS

Save time by pre-creating collections with our collection creation tool. When a group is deployed to an event, simply scan the collection barcode to check-in resources. Each collection will contain the collection Name, ID, Organization, NIMS Type, Designation, Kind, and all people / equipment associated to it. We also calculate the Cost by Hour for the collection which will be the summation of hourly rates tied to any equipment and people apart of the collection.

Enhance your situational awareness with Salamander’s feature to join multiple events together creating a common operating picture. Whether organizations are within the same account or from multiple external accounts, both the Internal Join and PIN Join features make accounting for all resources a simpler task by granting users with the visibility to all aspects of the event including all assignments, all resources checked in (people, equipment, collections, patients), and a complete snapshot of real-time event reporting.


   PLANS

Save valuable time by being proactive. The PLANs feature allows users to pre-create event plan templates that can be activated in a moments notice. Pre-plan all assignments (including start time and address), people, and equipment. All assignment locations can be viewed in the PLAN’s mapping feature to ensure assignments are properly placed. Before an event takes place, send an email blast to pre-planned personnel with any needed event details. TRACK APP users will be alerted when checking in a pre-planned person so they can choose to add them into their planned assignment or choose a new one.


   ASSET MANAGEMENT

Salamander’s ASSET MANAGEMENT provides a solution to standardize assets and PPE while providing accurate, real-time visibility to your data. The system is easy to implement and even easier to use. This includes increased visibility to all consumable and non-consumable assets within the equipment database. Enhance your accountability by assigning assets to personnel, documenting the condition and status of an asset, and be notified when an asset needs to be re-certified or have a task performed on it. Our mobile INVENTORY APP (CLICK TO SEE INVENTORY APP) allows users to assign, return, adjust, and audit their assets from anywhere, anytime. All activity associated with an asset is logged in real-time so users can generate a report and see a complete picture of their assets.
