Team Rubicon Patriot Exercise
Worked in conjunction with Mary Harris on July 18th, 2016
Overview
On July 18, 2016, Salamander Technologies and Team Rubicon participated in an exercise that provided the National Guard an opportunity to improve cooperation and relationships with its regional civilian, military and federal partners in preparation for emergencies and catastrophic events.
Solution
During this event Team Rubicon and Salamander Technologies were able to account and track more than 1,200 civilians, volunteers, National Guard Soldiers and Airmen from over 30 states utilizing Salamander’s Intelligent AccountabilityTM Suite. Credentialing was achieved by setting up RAPID TAG stations throughout the base, producing scene specific ID Badges for those who participated in the event. COMMAND was utilized in the Mobile EOC for the off-scene visibility of the tracking of resources, conducting PAR checks and mass casualty triaging.
Outcome
At the end of the 7-day event, reports were populated providing information such as who participated in the event, what agencies they were from, as well as total duration on scene for reimbursement purposes. The SalamanderLiveTM Dashboard assisted in the tracking resources in a real-time scenario.
